Our Service
GOMIO helps customers discover restaurants and request delivery. Restaurants are responsible for their menus, prices, food preparation, allergens, and order acceptance. Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, demand, or restaurant preparation.
Accounts and Information
You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account and must not share access details or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe activity.
Orders and Payments
Submitting an order is a request and does not guarantee acceptance. Prices, availability, fees, and delivery estimates may change before confirmation. You authorize the selected payment provider to process approved charges. See our Return and Refund Policy for order issues.
Restaurant and Rider Partners
Partners must provide truthful information, follow applicable laws and safety requirements, and maintain the quality and availability they advertise. A submitted application does not guarantee acceptance or a partnership contract.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, misuse another person’s information, submit false reviews, or use GOMIO to violate any law or third-party right.
Content and Intellectual Property
GOMIO and its licensors own the website design, branding, software, and original content. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
Disclaimers and Liability
We provide the website and service subject to availability and make no promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, GOMIO is not responsible for indirect losses or for food, conduct, or services supplied by independent restaurants and riders.
Suspension and Changes
We may suspend access for misuse, safety concerns, non-payment, or legal reasons. We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
